Production Operator

Overview We serve the medical industry doing important work. Working conditions are outstanding, as we offer our associates a controlled environment, meaning you will work in a clean, air-conditioned plant with no forklift traffic or loud presses! Work is very light industrial. Position Summary Oversee and operates machines in a manufacturing or a clean room environment, maintains processes and procedures along with Safety and Quality manufacturing requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operates machinery and packs parts to meet quality and production standards. This may include a group of machines or a single manually attended machine. Works with other operators to maintain and improve the working environment. Maintain documentation and paperwork to support production activities. Obtains training from Supervisor, Set-up personnel and Technicians to enhance knowledge and experience in all aspects of the operation. Works with the Quality department personnel to ensure understanding and maintain current quality standards. Responsible for the housekeeping and safety of their work areas. Flexible and able to work in all areas assigned to meet customer requirements. Ability to visually inspect product for common defects and pack parts per operator instructions. Ability to work overtime. Adheres to the Quality Policy and Core Values of the organization.
