Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Team Lead to oversee production operations on 3rd shift. This role is responsible for supporting daily production activities, assisting team members, ensuring quality standards are met, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Pay Rate:
$17.70/hour
Shift:
3rd Shift | 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM Responsibilities Lead and support production employees during assigned shifts. Monitor workflow to ensure production goals and quality standards are achieved. Train and assist team members with job duties and procedures. Communicate production issues and updates to supervisors and management. Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures. Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and resolving concerns. Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation. Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork within the department. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Willingness to work 3rd shift hours.
