Role Description This is a full-time (40hr/week) in person role for a Lab Production Associate based in Dublin, OH. The Lab Production Associate will be actively involved in assisting with production processes, operating machinery, managing production lines, and upholding quality control standards. Candidates must ensure that established procedures are followed and continually adapt to optimize workflows. Qualifications Experience in Production Assistance and working on Production Lines Proficiency in Machine Operation and ensuring Quality Control measures Demonstrated ability to be Easily Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high product standards Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous
Compensation:
Hourly Rate:
$25-30/hr depending on experience Opportunity to convert to salaried full-time employee
