Job Description

Role:
Mailing Coordinator Pay:
$18.50/hour
Assignment:
ASAP to September 30, 2026
Location:
4580 Bridgeway Ave, Columbus, OH 43219
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM What you'll do:
  • Operate and monitor high-speed mail inserting machines to prepare letters, bills, and notices
  • Set up equipment including document alignment, sensors, and envelopes based on job requirements
  • Identify and resolve machine issues such as jams or downtime to maintain workflow
  • Ensure mail pieces are accurate, complete, and meet quality and USPS standards
  • Meet production goals of processing up to 10,000 mail pieces per hour with minimal errors
  • Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and maintenance following safety and Lean guidelines
  • Track production output and maintain records of work completed
  • Support team operations and assist with tasks to ensure daily mailing deadlines are met
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a high-production, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 80 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and productivity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
  • Experience operating inserting or mailing equipment
  • Previous high-volume production or warehouse experience
