Production Associate - 1st Shift - Pay up to $19/hr Job Description Oversee the production line producing various fasteners for multiple automotive companies. Perform visual inspection and quality checks on finished products, unload hoppers, and prepare boxes for shipment. Utilize RF scanners to track outgoing inventory, load boxes of fasteners onto conveyors, and perform minor maintenance on machines as needed. Assist with other production tasks as required and perform all job duties in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities Oversee production line operations for automotive fasteners. Perform minor machine maintenance. Assist with additional production tasks as required. Essential Skills General labor and production experience. Ability to perform packing and general production tasks. Experience operating manufacturing machinery. Capability to lift 50 lbs throughout the shift. Attention to detail for quality checks and assembly. Experience with forklifts and machine operation. Proficiency with hand tools and troubleshooting. Experience in packaging and inspection. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or
GED. 1-2

Work Environment Work in an extremely clean facility with a total of 180 employees across Ohio and Michigan, with the Ohio site being larger. The work schedule includes a 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm for Quality Department roles, and a 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
