Manufacturing Associates - Seasonal/Summer

Norwood Medical is hiring for seasonal/summer positions — perfect for students, recent grads, or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment. Spend the summer building your skills and making medical devices that positively impact lives! We have full-time and part-time schedules available on day shift and night shift for the summer in the following roles: CNC Associate CNC Associates load raw material into CNC fixtures using hand tools, cycle machines, and unload finished parts. You'll help maintain quality standards by following work instructions and performing visual or gauge inspections. Production Associate As a Production Associate, you'll help maintain quality standards while performing secondary operations on medical components. Tasks include visual inspection, gauging, de-burring, washing, and packaging. You'll use tools such as micrometers, calipers, custom gauges, and microscopes. High School Diploma/GED required Must be 18 years of age or older Previous experience working in manufacturing is not required, but preferred Reliable, positive, and eager to learn Demonstrates strong attention to detail Ability to stand, move, bend, stoop for long periods of time with the ability to lift and carry items as needed with or without assistance Located in Dayton, Ohio, Norwood Medical is a contract medical device manufacturer supporting customers in robotic‑assisted surgery, orthopedic, and minimally invasive surgery markets.
