If you are willing to learn, show up, and be part of a team, we can teach the rest. Position Summary Proline Finishing is seeking a Powder Coating Technician to join our growing team. This position supports daily finishing operations including preparing, coating, inspecting, and handling parts throughout the production process. On the job training will be provided for the right candidate. Prior experience in powder coating or manufacturing is preferred but not required. This role offers room for advancement and growth for individuals looking to build a long-term career. Responsibilities Prepare, inspect, and organize parts before coating Hang and rack parts for powder application. Assist with powder coating operations and learn proper coating techniques Load and unload production lines and ovens Perform masking and part preparation work Conduct visual quality inspections Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety and quality procedures Assist with packaging, assembly, and other shop needs as required Work with team members to meet production goals.
