Full Job Description Production Associate Shift/Hours:

Monday - Friday, 6am to 2:30pm

Pay Rate:

$18/hr

The Opportunity As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products exceed industry standards. You will work with cross-functional teams, operate cutting-edge technology, and take on rewarding challenges in our manufacturing facility.

Production Associate Job Responsibilities Assembly & Fabrication:

Perform manual tasks related to the assembly of aerospace components and operate basic machinery like drills and grinders. Could include tack welding or some other light welding assembly

Material Handling:

Safely move, lift, and transport materials and finished products.

Quality & Safety:

Inspect finished products for defects, adhere to all safety protocols, and report equipment malfunctions.

Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform routine cleaning of tools.

Documentation:

Accurately record production and inventory data.

Production Associate Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly/production is preferred.

Skills:

A basic understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and strong attention to detail.

Physical Ability:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Mindset:
