Production Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced factory environment, supporting assembly line operations, and ensuring the efficient production of quality products. The ideal candidate will have prior factory or warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with hand and power tools. Responsibilities Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to ensure smooth production flow Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks Assist with the setup and changeover of machinery as needed Conduct quality inspections to identify defects or issues in products Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards Support warehouse functions such as material handling using forklifts or other equipment Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently Skills Prior experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments preferred Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively Experience with assembly line processes and machinery operation Forklift certification or experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
