Production Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our manufacturing team in the role of Production/Heavy Labor. This position involves performing physically demanding tasks essential to the production process, ensuring smooth operations across various manufacturing stages. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as forklifts to support production activities Load, lift, tie off, and package large-scale products. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs or safety issues Support the assembly, packaging, and finishing processes to meet production schedules Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to prevent accidents or injuries Prior experience working in manufacturing, heavy labor, or related industrial environments preferred Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods Willingness to learn new skills related to manufacturing equipment and procedures Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality control This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in manufacturing operations.
