6:30 AM•3:00 PM (Monday-Friday) 2nd
Shift:
2:30 PM•11:00 PM (Monday-Friday) 3rd
Shift:
10:30 PM•7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday) 4x10 schedules available for select shifts Overtime required based on production needs Key Responsibilities As a Production Associate / Machine Operator, you will: Operate and monitor manufacturing and production equipment Cross-train on multiple machines and processes Support other departments with material handling (loading/unloading) Ensure product quality and machine specifications are met Identify and remove non-conforming parts from production Review and follow manufacturing documentation and work instructions equipment, quality, or process issues to leadership Troubleshoot and recover minor machine faults Perform tool changes and assist with preventive maintenance (PM) Work in environments with coolants, oils, and industrial materials Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred Ability to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift) Comfortable performing physical, repetitive tasks and standing for long periods Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality control Ability to follow process instructions and safety guidelines Why
