Join PDS Tech as a Production Worker in Geneva, OH!

Pay Rate:

$19.00/hour

Shift:

Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (ET) What You'll DoProduction & Assembly Assemble, test, and package natural gas line products using manufacturing equipment and processes Perform assigned operations per manuals, work instructions, and supervisor guidance Complete equipment set?ups, minor machine adjustments, and basic operator maintenance Verify materials, tools, and gauges before and during production Measure and visually inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Package and label finished or semi?finished products Quality, Safety & Documentation Accurately record production, quality, and safety data (manual and electronic) Communicate process or quality concerns to Team Leads or Supervisors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation Report safety issues and work?related incidents promptly Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivity What You BringMust Have Qualifications Must pass a Background Check and a Drug Test Minimum 12 months of recent manufacturing site experience (required) High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English Ability to stand for the full shift (except breaks) and perform physical tasks, including: Lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs Stooping, kneeling, and occasional overhead reaching today

Pay Details:
