POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for self-motivated and driven individuals who can support and promote a team atmosphere. This individual will do so by providing basic crop handling responsibilities that include seeding, transplanting, and harvesting leafy greens and herbs. This individual will follow good manufacturing practices critical to food safety and to their team. Production Associates will gain the hands-on experience and the initial skills needed to help promote advancement within the company.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Seeding, transplanting, and harvesting lettuce using highly automated machineryBasic cleaning and sanitation of work areasFollowing all GMPs to ensure food safetyOther duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Basic computer proficiencyAbility to operate machinery, use a ladder, & lift 50 lbsFast paced workerDetail and quality orientedAgriculture, science, and/or production background a plusAdaptability to fast pace environment and quickly evolving processesAbility to work weekends
