Job Description
Join us at Klarity Medical as a Production Associate! Come work in our fast-paced, non-factory production department. We are a successful and continually growing company with a fun and casual environment located in Heath, Ohio.
THE PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE POSITION OPERATES AND WORKS IN THE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT OF A MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY CREATING PRODUCTS FOR THE TREATMENT AND COMFORT OF CANCER PATIENTS. WORK INCLUDES ASSEMBLY AND MANAGEMENT OF EXISTING PRODUCTS AND ASSISTING IN THE DESIGN OF NEW PRODUCTS. THIS POSITION REPORTS TO THE PRODUCTION MANAGER.
Who:
Someone who has an attention for detail and is dependable (we'll be there for you; you be there for us) A self-motivated hard working team member with a strong work ethic Creative person with some sewing experience is a plus but not required Forklift certification is a plus A good communicator with basic computer experience in Word, Excel, and emailNote:
This position requires the ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment.What:
- Creating cushion products for the treatment and comfort of cancer patients
- Becoming familiar with and learning all aspects of cushion making, including organizing materials, sewing cushions and checking quality
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the production area
- Completing paperwork and documents for assembly builds
- Providing support for other duties and assignments as directed by the Production manager

- Possible 3pm-11pm shift
