00 to $22.00/hr. Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associates to join our Machine Operator or Production Associate departments. Operate machinery to efficiently move chips for oil recycling, perform minor troubleshooting, and use overhead cranes to transport large items as necessary. Conduct quality checks with various gauges, refill machines with oil, and maintain a tidy work area. You will perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products, unload hoppers, prepare boxes for shipment, and utilize RF scanners to track outgoing inventory. Additionally, you will load boxes of fasteners onto conveyors, perform minor machine maintenance, and assist with other production tasks as required, all while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Shift Description:

1st shift: 7am-3:30pm 2nd shift: 1pm-11:30pm

Operator Responsibilities:

Operate machinery to facilitate the recycling of oil. Perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Use overhead cranes to move large items as required. Conduct quality checks using various gauges. Refill machines with oil and ensure a clean work area.

Production Associate Responsibilities:

Oversee the production line for fasteners. Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on finished products. Unload hoppers and prepare boxes for shipment. Use RF scanners to track outgoing inventory. Load boxes of fasteners onto conveyors. Perform minor maintenance on machines as needed. Assist with other production tasks as required. Ensure all duties are performed safely and efficiently.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in machine operation. Ability to use a tape measure accurately. Experience with hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with CNC machinery. Forklift operation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Previous machine operating experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift. 1-2 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred. Capability to read and interpret measurements from a tape measure. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
