Night Shift (WIN Schedule) Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator II to operate advanced manufacturing equipment in a modern, climate-controlled facility. This role involves precision work, quality checks, and equipment maintenance while ensuring high production standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery (fin press, expanders, welding, paint systems, etc.) Perform precise measurements using gauges and calipers Conduct quality inspections to meet specifications Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment Ensure safety and operational efficiency Required Skills Strong mechanical aptitude Experience with machine operations and tools Ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations Attention to detail and quality focus Problem-solving skills

Schedule & Benefits WIN Shift:
