Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Entry Level Manufacturing Associate and become a vital part of producing high-quality products in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, develop mechanical and technical skills, and contribute to the efficiency of our production process. Responsibilities Assist in the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure quality standards are met. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within the manufacturing facility. Support the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of assembly lines to optimize workflow and productivity. Conduct routine inspections of manufacturing equipment and tools, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing floor, including storage areas and workstations. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials, tools, and machinery to ensure a secure working environment. Collaborate with team members on various tasks to meet production goals and improve overall factory operations. Skills Basic mechanical knowledge with an eagerness to learn assembly processes and factory procedures. Experience with hand tools, power tools, or warehouse operations is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with forklift operation or warehouse experience is advantageous; certification is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a manufacturing setting. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
