You'll be working with metal components, applying plating solutions, and ensuring high-quality finishes through precise processes. This role requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. If you take pride in your work and enjoy hands-on tasks, this could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Do:

Prepare parts for electroplating by cleaning and inspecting surfaces. Operate and monitor electroplating equipment and chemical baths. Follow documented procedures for plating operations and quality checks. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Take initiative and demonstrate a strong drive for results. Follow all company safety policies and practices. Work overtime when needed (not mandatory).

What You'll Bring:

No prior electroplating experience required — training provided. Experience in manufacturing or metal finishing is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Physical Side:

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently. Stand and sit throughout the workday as needed. Comfortable working around chemicals and using appropriate PPE.
