Production Operator - 2ndShift (Full-Time)
Pay:
Starting at $20.00per hour

We're looking for dedicated, team-oriented individuals with at least one year of manufacturing experience to join our 1st shift production team. Shift Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Enjoy three-day weekends! No mandatory weekend work Voluntary overtime available
Compensation & Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:
Operate thermoforming manufacturing equipment Feed raw materials into machines and clear jams Perform visual quality inspections Case-pack finished products Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred Stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs during shift Work independently and in a team Communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks Strong work ethic and positive attitude Why SOLUT!?
