Production Associate

Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or products using manual tools or equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Support team members in completing daily tasks and project requirements Follow safety protocols and procedures diligently to prevent accidents or injuries Operate basic machinery or tools as trained and authorized Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and recording stock levels Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Skills Prior experience in assembly, machine operation, packaging or construction is a plus, but not required Ability to perform physical tasks requiring strength, stamina, and manual dexterity Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively with others Reliability and punctuality in adhering to scheduled shifts Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures Embark on a fulfilling career path where your effort makes a real impact.
