Job Overview We are currently hiring Manufacturing Assembly Associates for a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can maintain attention to detail, and are comfortable working in a manufacturing setting. Team members will be responsible for assembling components, inspecting products for quality, and supporting production goals while following safety standards. 7:30 AM Schedules may vary based on production needs.
Overtime may be required before or after scheduled shifts and on weekends. Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Operate basic production and assembly equipment Follow work instructions and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production goals and quality expectations Support other production functions as needed Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Additional Information Overtime opportunities available Training provided Opportunity for long-term employment and advancement
