Full-time/ Part-time Responsibilities:
Lead proactive environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives including hazard identification, risk assessments, safety observations, and employee engagement programs. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate workplace safety and environmental risks within manufacturing operations. Partner with site leadership to develop and execute EHS strategies, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct investigations into injuries, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, training programs, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Manage hazardous waste and manufacturing byproducts while supporting cost reduction and environmental compliance efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally on change management projects and maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, UL, and other applicable regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related field required. Minimum of 7 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or R D environment. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, UL, and other applicable safety and environmental regulations. Proven experience with process improvement, program management, and safety culture development. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization. Experience with additive manufacturing, engine testing, or casting processes preferred. U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. #
