Production Team Member

Production At Porch Conversions, we hand build custom 4-track windows and doors that transform outdoor spaces into 3-season rooms. Each order is tailor made to fit into any area. Our customers are looking to transform their existing deck, patio, or porch into a relaxing getaway. Our top priority is the experience our customers embrace as attributed to the use of our product. The production team works to build 40-60 completed units (80-100 in peak season) per day utilizing a variety of saws, hand tools, various punches and drills, and additional small tools.

Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to work Monday thru Thursday, 6:30am - 4:30pm Able to work safely, with the ability to stand, bend and twist while working at a station or table for extended periods of time Ability to operate various hand tools Demonstrate teamwork, cooperate with peers and supervisors Able to work with minimal supervisionExcellent attendance Essential skills: Ability to be on your feet 8+ hours per day. Able to perform necessary job functions in a non-climate-controlled environment Able to lift, push, pull 30-45 pounds on a consistent basis. Must possess strength and dexterity to manipulate, move, handle, and coordinate materials Must possess excellent workstation organizational skills Ability to keep accurate production logs Able to read, write, and use measuring tools with attention to detail up to 1/32" Able to reach daily quotas indicated for certification and specialization pay rates
