1st Shift | 7:00 AM•3:30 PM (Monday•Friday)Pay Rate:
$20.00•$23.00 / hour (Based on experience) Are you a skilled technician with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality? PrideStaff Milford is seeking a Production Team Specialist for a premier manufacturing client in the Milford area. This is a leadership-oriented technical role where your expertise in assembly and wiring will directly impact the success of our production team. Primary Responsibilities 1. Precision Assembly Perform complex assemblies from technical drawings with 100% accuracy and quality. Identify errors in drawings and collaborate with the Production Supervisor and Engineering to provide updates, notes, and redlines. Proactively suggest assembly solutions and improvements to engineering teams. Ensure all assemblies strictly comply with electrical safety requirements. 2. Advanced Wiring Execute wiring according toIPC/WHMA-A-620
standards for cable and wire harness assemblies. Install wiring in a neat, orderly, and professional manner with an emphasis on quality. Apply knowledge of basic electrical components and PLC products to troubleshoot wiring diagrams. Assist in creating harness boards and wiring notes to optimize production time. Serve as a subject matter expert on wiring tools, providing guidance and training to team members. 3. Cable Assembly & Soldering Select appropriate cable types and materials based on project needs. Perform high-quality soldering on multiple connection styles. Manage full cable assembly processes, including determining strip lengths, shield terminations, and connector pin-outs.Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Assembly, Wiring, and Cable Assembly.Technical Skills:
Ability to read/interpret blueprints and redline drawings.Efficiency:
Proven ability to work within budgeted hours and plan builds for maximum efficiency.Leadership:
A "lead by example" attitude—stepping up to fill gaps, cross-training others, and maintaining high performance standards.Work Ethic:
