Metal Fab Production Associate

Fabcor is now hiring for production associates on their shop floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for construction and assembling various metal components according to specifications. This role requires immense attention to detail, proficiency in reading blueprints and the ability to operate various fabrication machinery. Our production associates will work closely with other co-workers to ensure high-quality production standards are met.

Duties:

Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints Use hand tools and power tools to trim, cut and fit components into the final product Set up various metalworking machinery include rollers, press breaks, shears, drill presses and saws. Grinding and finishing various metal components Complete quality checks on completed parts prior to packaging and shipping product out the door Assistant laser operators to transport product throughout the manufacturing facility Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate Completion of a technical trade program or training program a plus Good physical stamina Basic math, blueprint reading, and computer skills Valid drivers license Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Retirement Plan with
