Salary & Vacation:

• $23.69 per hour\n \n\n
• You will have the ability to increase your compensation based on skills and contribution to the overall performance of the plant\n \n\n
• Employees are eligible after 90 days of service to receive 2 weeks of paid vacation, annually\n\n

Shifts:

\n \n\n

• Only candidates who are flexible and available to work any shift will be considered .\n\nThis will include overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.\n \n\n
• Rotating 1st\/2nd shift: 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm (rotates weekly)\n \n\n
• 3rd: 11pm-7am (does not rotate)\n \n\n
• Shift placement will be determined upon need at time of hire\n\n

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets\n \n\n
• Monitor and\/or entry into computer control systems\n \n\n
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production\n \n\n
• Perform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area\n \n\n
• Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals\n \n\n
• Operate and\/or work around mobile equipment\n \n\n
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment\n \n\n
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and\/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud\/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment\n\nBasic Qualifications\n \n\n
• Experience in an industrial setting\n \n\n
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.\n \n\n
• Must have basic math and measurement skills (e.g., using a tape measure, calculating dimensions)\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n \n\n
• completion of post high school education in manufacturing\/industrial.\n \n\n
• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device\n \n\n
• 1+ years' experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment\n \n\n
• 1+ years' experience operating a forklift\n \n\n
