We are currently searching for Machine Assistants and Machine Operators to join us! About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals for 1st and 2nd shift to assist in the operation of our machines and ensure they are running efficiently. You will work closely with our production team to uphold our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hours 1st shift 5am to 1pm Monday through Friday 2nd shift 1pm to 11pm Monday through Thursday Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail Ability to read a tape measure Preferred Qualifications Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles Experience with quality control processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Responsibilities Assist in the operation of machines and equipment Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues Skills As a Machine Assistant or Machine Operator, you will leverage your attention to detail and technical skills to ensure our machines run efficiently and produce high-quality products. Your communication skills will be vital for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors. Additionally, your ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues will be critical for smooth production. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and quality control processes will enhance our continuous improvement efforts, while the ability to read and interpret technical drawings will ensure correct machine setup.
