$20.22/hr Manufacturing Experience Professionalism Reliability Job Summary Production Associates for 2nd shift team. This position plays a key role in the manufacturing of acoustical ceiling and wall panels. The work environment is hands-on, physically demanding, and fast-paced, involving manufacturing, logistics support, material handling, and heavy lifting. Team members are responsible for helping produce high-quality acoustical products while maintaining safety, efficiency, and production standards. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble acoustical panels used in commercial building applications Operate production machinery and assist with production line tasks Handle raw materials and finished goods throughout the manufacturing process Perform material handling, including lifting, moving, stacking, and transporting products Support shipping, receiving, and internal logistics operations as needed Inspect products for quality and report defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety procedures in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment Physical Requirements Must be able to perform heavy lifting on a consistent basis Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move for the entire shift (8+ hours) Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse/manufacturing setting Ability to safely handle materials and operate production equipment #IND6
