Production Operator -
Oberlin, Ohio Pay:
$18.00-$19.00/hour

Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Oberlin, Ohio. This position involves operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Load and unload materials and finished products Lift, move, and stack materials weighing 50 lbs regularly Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards Package, label, and prepare products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting as needed Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently Strong attention to detail and work ethic Reliable transportation and attendance Steel toe boots required
