• Be part of a collaborative team that values communication and teamwork. What's a typical day as a Production Worker? You'll be:
• Operating PVD coating furnaces to coat carbide and Cermet inserts, ensuring proper setup and cleanliness of products.
• Loading and unloading fixtures, entering product weights and coating cycle information into the computer, and monitoring the coating process.
• Performing routine maintenance, including cleaning fixtures and base plates, replacing gas tanks, and conducting batch cleanings at appropriate intervals. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School diploma or GED; a 2-year technical degree is preferred.
• Possess basic math skills and the ability to understand oral and written instructions.
