Full-time About the Role Snowville Creamery is looking for reliable, hard-working team members to join our production team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting the production of high-quality dairy products from start to finish. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things well . What You'll Do Set up and operate production equipment safely and efficiently Follow detailed procedures to ensure product quality and consistency Cross-train across multiple stations (milk fillers, yogurt fillers, pasteurizers, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift Complete end-of-day cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas Work closely with your team to keep production running smoothly What to Expect A full shift spent mostly on your feet Physical, hands-on work that includes lifting, moving, and repetitive tasks A fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters End-of-day cleaning that requires effort and follow-through A team that depends on reliability and consistency This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in hard work, enjoys physical activity, and values being part of a team that produces something tangible every day . What We're Looking For Willingness to learn and take on new equipment and responsibilities Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly Reliability and a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand and be active for most of the shift Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day Ability to complete physically demanding cleaning tasks at the end of shifts Additional Information Experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus, but not required Training will be provided People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

From $14.50 per hour
