- Lots of OT $$ Union environment Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match up to 4% Company-paid prescription safety glasses program Stable employer with a long history and strong future Responsibilities Operate bagging, packaging, and production equipment Fill, palletize, and transport finished products Supply production lines with required materials Follow production schedules and operating procedures Complete production records and documentation accurately Perform equipment adjustments and minor maintenance activities Troubleshoot basic equipment issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support multiple departments and production lines as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED Must be able to work all three shifts when needed Manufacturing experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment maintenance Ability to operate or learn powered industrial equipment Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding manufacturing environment requiring: Frequent lifting up to 65 lbs.
