Job Summary:

Morton Salt is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team in Rittman, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate bagging or packaging equipment to maintain desired output and operating standards. Fill, palletize, and haul product to assigned storage. Perform adjustments and minor repairs to maintain production activities. Responsible for following production schedules and accurately reporting operational records. Assist in assuring the line is supplied with desired salt grades.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Ability to operate a powered industrial vehicle. Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
