Job Description

Job Description We are seeking reliable and motivated Paint Utility Associates to join our team in St. Marys, Ohio. This position supports the paint department by assisting with material handling, production processes, and quality standards to ensure finished products meet customer specifications. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who are looking to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Shift:
1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00
PM Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour Responsibilities Support paint line operations and production activities. Load and unload materials and parts as needed. Inspect painted products for quality and defects. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area. Follow work instructions and production schedules. Assist with general labor duties throughout the department. Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies. Work effectively with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, paint line, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Strong attention to detail and quality. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
