General Production Worker

General Production Worker (2nd shift) ($18.00/hr.) Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals for general production worker positions. There are openings for 2nd shift. The 2nd shift operates from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Candidates will be considered for various positions with similar skill sets, and the final selection will be based on interviews. We are looking for an individual to start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today! Responsibilities Read work instructions to meet quotas for all positions. Perform very repetitive work while seated. As a Gluing Operator, apply beads of glue to a wire using ultra violet light machines, requiring attention to detail to meet quality standards. In Shelling Cables, connect cables to a circuit board, apply plastic pieces, and use a hand press to snap parts together. For Housing Cable Assembly, insert crimped wires into plastic housings and follow work orders for daily completion. Essential Skills Visual inspection skills with high attention to detail. Experience working in production or assembly line environments. Experience in assembling small parts. Ability to follow instructions accurately. Work Environment The work environment is production-based, with all positions located in a single room where production flows from crimping to housing cable assemblies, shelling cables, and gluing. The facility is clean, with 12 employees seated at workstations. Ear pods for music are allowed but videos are not. It is important for each worker to maintain productivity to prevent workflow disruptions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Solon, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
