Job Summary:

The General Factory Worker is responsible for performing various tasks to support the production and manufacturing processes. This includes operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines. Assemble, pack, and inspect products for quality assurance. Follow standard operating procedures and production schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Exposure to loud noises, chemicals, and varying temperatures. Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
