Position Overview This position will be a swing shift (12:00 p.m.
  • 10:30 p.m.) to start then moves to 2nd shift (3:15 p.m.
  • 1:45 a.m.). 1st Shift (5:00 a.m.
  • 3:30 p.m.) Monday
  • Thursday (10-hour days), Friday off.
OT when required (but rare). Welding will make up most (50%+) of the shift with production as needed. Key Responsibilities Welding components/parts to specification. Production support as needed (includes running machinery, inspection of parts, quality, efficiency and timely production). Required At least one year of welding/MIG experience in a manufacturing setting. Manufacturing experience including CNC machines, robot welders, presses, benders is a plus but not required. Flexibility and willingness to learn. An onsite welding test will be given. Pre-employment drug & alcohol testing. Other Benefits Four-day work week. 100% Employee-Owned. PTO begins accruing on day 1. Insurance coverage starts the 1st of the month after your hire date. Eligible for enrollment in the company stock program after one year and 1,000 hours of service.
