As a Night Shift Production with Oberfields you are responsible for: Being Adaptable to the Needs of the Day Delegating Tasks to Your Teams Overseeing Manufacturing Production Training Team Members on How to Use Equipment and Safety Guidelines Reporting Any Safety Incidents/Lack of Cooperation to Management Detecting Defects in Machinery Adjusting and Set-Up Machinery According to Specification Meeting Quality Control Standards Determining Hiring, Firing, and Disciplinary Needs with Management •Your offer may be contingent upon passing a drug test and physical exam for this role.• #Block123
