Compensation, Shift, & Location Details Pay Rate:

$17.50 /hr (Base) + $1.00 increase upon direct hire (1st Shift) Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM / Overtime Friday, 6:00 AM 12:00

Experience:

2+ years in specialized machine operation, preferably with welding Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll work within a high-speed remanufacturing team to repair, replace, and refurbish Torque Converters to exact specifications.

Technical Operation:

Utilize Mig/Tig welding processes and operate manual lathes and bonding equipment.

Precision Assembly:

Install final product components using various hand and power tools.

Quality Assurance:

Verify all parts and inspect for defects to ensure productivity goals meet high-quality standards.

Compliance:

Maintain a safe workspace by following OSHA, L&I, and established company safety protocols.

Succeed Proven Experience:

You have at least 2 years of experience in machine operation, specifically with welding or lathes.

Physical Capability:

Must be able to lift 75 lbs frequently.

Technical Skill:

Proficiency with power tools and the ability to read quality specifications.

A strong attendance record (which qualifies you for those massive bonuses!).
