Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to support daily manufacturing operations. This role involves operating production equipment, handling materials, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
Schedule:
6am-4pm, Monday- Thursday ($15.22/hour) +$2/hour attendance bonus! 4pm-2am, Monday- Thursday ($17.25/hour)+$2/hour attendance bonus! Key Responsibilities Operate production and manufacturing equipment according to work instructions Load and unload materials, parts, or products from machines Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products as required Accurately complete production counts, logs, and documentation Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations Assist with other production duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required) Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment Willingness to learn and follow standardized processes Work Environment Manufacturing/production facility Exposure to noise, heat, and industrial equipment PPE required (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, etc.)
