Production Laborer

$17 - $17.01 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 4:30

Load and unload raw materials and finished fiberglass panels

Lamination & Molding:

Assist in the lamination process, which involves applying resins, fiberglass, and core materials (plywood, honeycomb, or foam).

Data Collection:

Read gauges, charts, and production orders to ensure panels meet the required thickness and lamination schedule.

Quality Control:

Examine finished products for defects, air bubbles, or inconsistencies to ensure they meet Fiber-Tech's quality standards.
