Job Description
JIT Staffing is looking for Production workers for a physical position loading materials and stacking 8:30pm-7am Mon PM - Thurs AM Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a 3rd Shift Production Worker and become a vital part of our night-time operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process during overnight hours, ensuring products are assembled efficiently and safely. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to operate various tools and equipment will drive our production goals forward. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced factory environment where your skills directly contribute to delivering quality products. Duties Operate assembly lines and hand tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently Use power tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the facility Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure standards are met Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklift or manual handling techniques Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with familiarity in assembly line work Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical tasks Warehouse experience, including forklift operation certification, is highly desirable Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high productivity standards Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment Join us on the night shift and be part of a dedicated team committed to producing top-quality products!
