Production Associate- parts handler

We're Hiring:

Production Associate Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to play a key role in a high-quality coating process? We're looking for a Production Associate to join our established and quality-driven finishing team in Columbus, Ohio.

Location:

Columbus, Ohio Schedule:

Full-Time | 7:30 AM - 4:00

PM Pay:

Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare parts for coating through cleaning, degreasing, and sandblasting Mask components according to detailed specifications Organize and stage parts for coating and curing Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep and blast areas Assist applicators and quality control with part handling Follow safety protocols and production timelines

Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing, coatings, or prep work Strong attention to detail and consistency in task execution Ability to work with hand tools and operate basic equipment Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
