Your Role in the
Hive:
What You'll Do Sew custom patches onto apparel using industrial sewing machines Help prepare patches to be sewn Follow work instructions and meet quality standards with care and accuracy Help with other general tasks and learn new techniques Maintain a clean, organized and safety conscious work area Re-threads and troubleshoots sewing machines as needed Essential Skills & Requirements Any level of sewing experience from beginner to advanced Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to read and understand measuring tools Why You'll Love Working at 5B's Weekly pay — because your work deserves recognition now Health, dental, and vision benefits to keep you and your family covered Paid holidays and vacation Employee discount in B-Wear store 401k with employer match A team culture built on collaboration, respect, and a little bit of fun A strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
Schedule :
Dayshift M-F, some flexibility needed during peak production times.
Starting Pay Range :
