Production Relief Operator

Position:

Production Relief Operator Responsibilities:

Operate refiner, dryer, forming line, and press line safely and efficiently Perform equipment start-up and shutdown procedures Monitor equipment and product quality; report issues to Supervisor Complete daily production and inventory reports Communicate with team members across shifts to maintain production flow Assist maintenance with troubleshooting and repairs Cross-train to cover multiple production roles as needed Maintain a clean, safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and attend work regularly

Requirements:

Previous plant/manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills (Wonderware a plus) Ability to learn and operate production equipment within 6 months

WorkKeys Test Scores Required:

Applied Math (Level 4), Graphic Literacy (Level 5), Workplace Documents (Level 4)

Safety Sensitive Position Training:

Safety orientation and on-the-job training Forklift certification, confined space, and lockout/tagout training

Physical & Work Conditions:

Lift up to 50 lbs; climb stairs/ladders; operate equipment for extended periods Work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed Environment includes hot, cold, wet, dusty, and noisy conditions

PPE Required:

Safety glasses and hearing protection (outside Control Room)

Pay:

From $22.57 per hour
