Print Production / Equipment Operator

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving ability and the aptitude to learn how to operate a wide variety of printing and production equipment used in the sign and graphics industry. This is not a "push the button and walk away" position. Every project, material, and setup can be different. We need someone who can learn concepts quickly, think independently, troubleshoot problems, and figure things out without needing constant supervision. Experience is helpful, but attitude, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn are more important. What You'll Be Doing Operating large-format printers and production equipment Printing on a wide variety of media and materials Learning workflows for signage, graphics, and production finishing Adjusting settings, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining quality Reading and understanding production specifications Helping with shop production, organization, and workflow efficiency What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving skills Mechanical and technical aptitude Ability to learn quickly and adapt Self-motivated and dependable Attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Important:

This position requires someone who can understand concepts and apply them in real-world situations. Training will be provided, but no one can be taught every scenario they will encounter. The right person will be resourceful, observant, and capable of figuring things out as they go. Previous experience in printing, signage, fabrication, graphics, or equipment operation is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
