We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cannabis Pre-Roll Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality pre-roll cannabis products for the Oklahoma medical marijuana market in compliance with all applicable Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) regulations and company quality standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet for extended periods, operating specialized production equipment, maintaining production records, and ensuring all finished products meet quality specifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate specialized pre-roll production equipment and associated packaging machinery. Produce pre-roll cannabis products according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs). Weigh, fill, inspect, and package products to meet company specifications and compliance requirements. Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance or operational issues. Perform quality control inspections on finished products to ensure consistency and accuracy. Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation. Follow all OMMA regulations, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift. Assist with inventory tracking and material handling as needed. Meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality and compliance standards. Participate in routine cleaning and sanitation of production equipment and facilities. Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and requirements. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Must be able to pass OMMA credential process, including background check. (No felonies in past two years, no violent felonies in past five years.) Ability to stand and work for up to 8 hours per day. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be eligible to work in the State of Oklahoma. Preferred Previous manufacturing, production, assembly line, or cannabis industry experience. Experience operating automated or semi-automated production equipment. Familiarity with OMMA regulations and cannabis compliance requirements. Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift). Repetitive use of hands and fingers. Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform routine production tasks. Ability to work in a production environment with cannabis materials. Work Environment This position operates in a regulated cannabis manufacturing facility. Employees must maintain strict compliance with OMMA regulations, company policies, sanitation requirements, and quality standards. Professional conduct, attention to detail, and a commitment to product consistency are essential.
