1st Shift, 7am to 3pm (Must be able to work Monday-Sunday) ProRecruiters is seeking a General Production Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Perform all essential job functions and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation. Maintain reliable attendance, working full scheduled shifts on time at the assigned location. Complete assigned production tasks, including packing, inspecting, quality checks, troubleshooting, and supporting packaging operations. Follow quality standards and procedures, and escalate issues when processes are not functioning correctly. Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation for assigned areas. Set up, monitor, adjust, and maintain automated machinery, including performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance (TPM). Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of equipment and production areas. Work collaboratively and respectfully with team members, rotating roles and managing multiple tasks or machines safely. Adhere to safety standards, GMP requirements, and company policies, and report hazards, violations, or near misses. Participate in training, continuous improvement initiatives, and required assessments, while supporting operational efficiency and overtime needs.

Position Requirements:

Valid food handler's card from the Tulsa Health Department (Must have or be willing to obtain). Must wear steel-toed boots. Understand manufacturing guidelines for food safety and sanitation. Demonstrated problem-solving ability. Proven safety record in past work history.
