| $18-$20/HR A railroad manufacturing company in Sand Springs is seeking skilled Spike Inspectors/Packers to join its machine production team. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or railroad industry experience who have strong mechanical ability and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
SCHEDULE & PAY
Monday-Friday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift) $18-$20/hr based on experience Opportunities for pay increases as skills develop
POSITION OVERVIEW
In this role, you will support machine production by inspecting and packaging railroad spikes, assisting with machine operations, and performing basic preventative maintenance. Attention to detail and safety are key.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect railroad spikes to ensure quality standards are met Package and prepare finished products for shipment Assist with machine operation and production processes Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment Operate forklifts to move materials and finished goods Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
REQUIREMENTS
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience required Forklift experience required Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work overnight shifts Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
