Talent Acquisition Specialist / Manufacturing Recruiter Northeast Tulsa, OK Area$55,000 - $65,000 DOEDirect Hire P osition Overview Growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and drive recruiting efforts for expanding operations. This individual will take ownership of recruiting strategy and execution, partnering closely with leadership to attract top talent across production, skilled trades, and professional roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building recruiting processes, developing hiring strategies, and creating strong community hiring pipelines. HR experience is a plus, but the primary focus of this role will be manufacturing recruiting and staffing strategy. Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist /
Manufacturing Recruiter :
Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operational positions Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to meet staffing demands Coordinate and participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and improve hiring efficiency Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Track recruiting metrics and identify process improvement opportunities Support onboarding and hiring process initiatives Assist with HR-related functions and projects as needed Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Specialist /
Manufacturing Recruiter :
Previous recruiting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades environment preferred Experience recruiting for production, maintenance, fabrication, assembly, or technical positions strongly preferred HR experience or HR generalist exposure is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with hiring events, community recruiting, or workforce development initiatives preferred Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and ATS systems Why Join Us?
